Someone please kill Ralph Nader.

You would think that Nader would be reviled enough for delivering us into the maw of the Bush II administration in 2000. Now it turns out he might be in the 2008 race in an attempt to swing thing’s John McCain’s way.

Why Hillary’s losing.

It’s pretty clear that Hillary Clinton and her hardest-of-hardcore supporters are completely bewildered by her failure to capture the Democratic nomination. We could go back and forth for hours about who’s better-equipped to lead our nation — Barack Obama, in case you’re wondering — but certain things have come into sharp focus over the past year that maybe weren’t all that clear to many people at the outset.

I’ve said it before in this space and I’ll say it again: once upon a time I didn’t loathe Hillary Clinton the way I do now. But somewhere between the debacle that was Hillarycare and when she announced her candidacy for President, she managed to shed all aspects of her likeability and replaced them with the sleek, utterly false characteristics of a politico. And frankly, the United States has suffered about as many of those types as it can.

Internet psychosis.

Having been on the receiving end of some particularly frightening internet psychosis, I can sadly relate to University of Kentucky’s ongoing battle to quash a ridiculous internet rumor about a popular Holocaust course.
